What do you use Blink arrows for?

I generally only use blink arrow to quickly get out of a sticky situation and not for sustained travel. I have found it much faster to keep a couple fast daggers with whirling blades and faster attacks in your swap set, and then use these to get around. When you need to DPS, just swap back to your bow.

Can I speed up the teleport of Blink Arrow?

Basically I want to know whether I can speed up the teleport of blink arrow using it as a movement skill. I searched the forums but it seems previous questions are all about getting some dps out of blink/mirror arrow. Putting quality on a blink arrow gem will increase the arrow speed, by a max of 30% at 20% quality.

What's the difference between Dash and Blink Arrow?
